Retail Centre De Lely, located in Arnhem, is Mitiska REIM’s first acquisition in the Netherlands, acquired on behalf of FRI 2 in October 2018. The retail park is the dominant convenience centre in the area, attracting 1.5 million visitors per year. It comprises 15 retail units, anchored by Jumbo and Lidl supermarkets, with a gross leasable area of 10,800m² and parking for 285 cars.

Mitiska REIM plans to add value by upgrading both the facilities and the mix of necessity-driven retail brands, to maximise the site’s potential and further increase customer footfall. Since acquisition, Mitiska REIM has been analyzing the requirements of current tenants and negotiating lease agreements with new anchor tenants, and plans to apply for building permits during 2019.
