Karuzela Wodzislaw constitutes one of four income producing assets acquired by Mitiska REIM on behalf of FRI 2 in December 2018 as a part of the Karuzela Holding portfolio.

The gallery is located in Wodzislaw Slaski, comprising 21 units with a gross leasable area of 6,300m² and parking for 130 cars. Tenants consist of a mix of retail brands including CCC, Deichmann, Martes Sport, and LPP brands Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp and Pepco.

Mitiska REIM together with its local JV partner plan to add value to the project by extending the gallery by an additional 2,000m² GLA, adding 10 new retail units to the site.
