Mitiska REIM partners with BVI.EU to develop new multi-let light industrial project in Germany

Mitiska REIM has today announced that it is partnering with BVI.EU to develop a new multi-let light industrial project in the Essen district of Karnap, Germany.

Located in the Carnaperhof business park, the project will comprise 4 modular buildings featuring 32 SME units ranging in size between 140 to 1,200 sqm, with a gross leasable area of 6,000 sqm. Strategically located close to federal roads and motorways that connect Karnap with Düsseldorf Airport, Westphalia, the Sauerland and the Rhineland, the new project has already attracted Dental Serviceteam Wendt + Johannes GmbH and Whirlpool Center GmbH as tenants. Construction has now commenced, with the completed business park expected to open in Q1 2022.
