Youssef joined Mitiska REIM as a Junior Financial and Real Estate Controller and started in 2026.

Prior to joining Mitiska REIM, he completed internships at ING (Energy Finance), Rabobank (M&A) and Mercier Van Lanschot (Investment Research).

Youssef holds a Master’s in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s in Business Administration from KU Leuven.
