Jeroen Léaerts joined Mitiska on 5 May 2026 as Senior Compliance Advisor. Before joining Mitiska REIM he has many years of experience in legal, regulatory, compliance and governance matters.. Having previously worked amongst others at Euromex (Helvetia – Baloise Group) and Ageas NV/SA .

Jeroen holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Ghent and a certificate compliance officer from Insert/Assuralia.
