Nicolas Nélis has joined Mitiska REIM in 2026 as Project Development Director for the transformation of the Cora Hypermarkets portfolio. Nicolas has many years of experience in the development and management of large-scale, mixed-use real estate projects in Belgium, mainly for Befimmo Real Estate Group as Chief Project Officer. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ULB (Brussels)
