Before joining Mitiska REIM in February 2022, Grzegorz occupied senior managerial positions in the banking sector. He was heading the real estate financing activity of Eurohypo AG and mBank in Poland. Recently he was responsible for structured financing at Aion Bank.

Grzegorz holds a master’s degree in management from University of Gdańsk and an Executive MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
