Eline De Keyzer, who joined Mitiska REIM in 2021 as a Real Estate Controller, shares her experience: “After completing my studies as a Business Engineer in Ghent, I decided to deepen my expertise with an additional Master’s in Finance at Vlerick Business School. This step opened the door to Mitiska REIM, where I found the perfect opportunity to combine my financial knowledge with my passion for real estate.

“I started as a Real Estate Controller, gaining exposure to all Mitiska REIM assets across different countries and working on diverse topics such as valuations, financing, tenancy schedules, investor reporting, and ESG.

“Today, as part of Business Development, I am involved in both the investment team and investor relations, supporting fundraising while staying close to the assets. This dual role allows me to contribute to Mitiska REIM’s growth and strengthen relationships with our investors. I’m excited to continue this journey and see what the future holds!”
