Jean-Luc Stavaux joined Mitiska REIM in 2025 as Technical Director, where he leads the transformation of the Cora Hypermarkets portfolio.

He brings extensive experience and expertise in providing both technical (conceptual and architectural design) and operational (ESG, property & facility management, and construction management) advisory services within the real estate sector, especially in the commercial sector, in Belgium and across Europe

Before joining Mitiska REIM, Jean-Luc held senior roles such as Project Director and Technical Director at SICABEL, DTZ Consulting, Cushman & Wakefield, and Ascencio (SIR) in Belgium.

He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from UCLouvain (Louvain-la-Neuve).
