Tejas Nitin Vaity joined Mitiska REIM in 2026 as a Junior Financial and Real Estate Controller. Originally from India, he relocated to Belgium to join the team.

Tejas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, which included an Erasmus Exchange semester at EDHEC Business School. Prior to joining Mitiska REIM, he completed internships at the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and Allianz Partners.
