Prague Horni Mecholupy
Retail park Prague Horni Mecholupy was a green field development, next to a newly built Kaufland supermarket in the Prague municipality of Horni Mecholupy. The local area lacked convenience shopping and Mitiska REIM was able to fight off stiff competition to acquire and develop the site on behalf of FRI.
The new retail park opened in October 2017 and comprises 10 retail units covering a gross leasable area of 6,900m2, with tenants including DM, Pet Center, Pepco, Deichmann, Takko, KIK, Martes Sport, Okay Elektro, Bageterie Boulevard, and Jysk.
