Mattias Pauwels joined Mitiska REIM in March 2026 as an Investment Associate.

Prior to joining Mitiska REIM, Mattias gained significant experience in the real estate sector at Deloitte. Serving as a Manager within the Real Estate Assurance team, he focused on financial auditing and advisory for various real estate funds and developers, building a strong expertise in financial reporting, valuation, and transactions.
Mattias holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
