Helga Cosyns joined Mitiska REIM in October 2025 as Retail Management Director

Although Helga studied Marketing, she immediately moved towards retail and commercial activities. She has an extensive background in retail development and property managent, having previously worked at Maroquinerie Delvaux as Head of Real Estate & Commercial Project Management. This solid experience was completed by a strategic retail advisory role at Minale Design Strategy. Subsequently, Helga has been Shopping Center Manager of the Brussels Woluwe Shopping Center, Retail Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield and Head of Retail Property Management at JLL. Helga has also been freelance consultant for different retail project & expansion assignments.
